We'll advise you about what you'll need to get the best out of your Hero connection and how much it's likely to cost.

Once signed up, we'll then pay you a visit to connect your new modem, making sure you're up, running and confident with your new Hero connection before we leave.

 

We have a great range of enterprise-grade VoIP phones, managed switches and WiFi access points too. We'll happily install them as required, ensuring full coverage and reliability throughout your home or small office environment.

We supply and install equipment that meets enterprise standards, usually found in commercial operations.

In many cases, we can also offer real-time monitoring of your new equipment remotely, meaning if something isn't working right or you need to make some minor changes, you can simply call us and we'll sort it for you, usually over the phone.

Should anything go wrong, you can call us on our 24/7 support number, which we'll give you when your modem is installed.
