When you upgrade your WiFi and home phone line with us, we'll offer you real-time home network monitoring** at no extra cost. This means, we'll be your first port of call with any WiFi or home phone problem you have. If it's a problem that's beyond our control, we'll then escalate it with 2Talk on your behalf.


Meeting with you onsite, we'll discuss your requirements, in detail, ensuring your satisfaction.

  • Pre-wiring your new home... Data, TV and Fibre

  • Installing a media cabinet, along with the electronics required

  • Fitting WiFi access points, data points & wall plates

  • Supply and installing your new VoIP phones

  • Creating a new VoIP/broadband account with 2Talk

  • Realtime monitoring of WiFi and VoIP services (if required)

  • Installing your TV/FM aerial and/or satellite dish

  • Reticulating Sky TV throughout your home

  • Wall mounting your TVs, tuning them in & configuring them for ondemand Internet TV

  • Fully test the installation before hand over

  • Upon hand over, we'll spend time with you, showing you how to use your new tech, with ease

  • Providing you full after installation support.

** Hours of service are 10am-6pm, Mon-Fri, excl. public holidays. We monitor only the equipment we install, not the connection itself or the content of your call. If a fault is found beyond our equipment, we'll then log it with 2Talk for them to investigate and resolve. IntegriTech does not act as a service provider, but simply resells 2Talk's services. Any billing queries should be directed to 2Talk directly. To take advantage of our monitoring offer, you must enter "integritech" into the promo code box when you sign up with 2Talk.
